The Parazon is both a tool and weapon which was introduced in The Old Blood update and is now a standard piece of equipment for all Warframes.
You now use the Parazon to hack terminals and to deal finishers to enemies that are near death which performs a special attack.
Using The Parazon
The Parazon is mainly the weapon that you will be using to fight against Kuva Liches but it also serves other purposes.
Killing Kuva Liches
In order to kill a Kuva Lich, you will need to use your Parazon which has been equipped with the proper Requiem mods to deal the finishing blow if you have chosen to vanquish them.
Farming Requiem Murmurs
In order to discover which Requiem Mods are needed to defeat the Kuva Liches that you will face, you need to collect Requiem Murmurs from the Kuva Lich’s thralls, requiring you to kill them with your Parazon.
Mercy Kill
Mercy kills can be done when a normal enemy is low on health which will show a marker above their head similar to that of the thralls.
Killing a normal enemy with the Parazon may cause specific reactions based on which mods it is equipped with.
Hacking
Hacking is now done using the Parazon but this is simply just a visual change and the hacking is still the same as before when the Parazon was not introduced into the game.
You will now see your Warframe inserting the Parazon into terminals and moving it during the process of hacking.
Parazon Mods
The Parazon can be equipped with 2 types of mods which each have 3 slots to place the mods into.
There are 3 mod slots for Requiem mods which are used when killing a Kuva Lich, requiring s certain order for them to be arrange din.
Standard Parazon mods are under the Requiem mods which provide a bonus when a hack is successful or when you use the Parazon to do a mercy kill.
Standard Parazon Mods
Auto Breach
Auto Breach gives a 30% chance to automatically do the hacking process for you, similar to how a cipher works.
Can be a possible reward from tier 3 spy missions.
Blood For Ammo
Blood For Ammo will refill both your primary and secondary ammo by 100% when you use the Parazon to kill an enemy.
Can be acquired after doing a Phorid Manifestation invasion mission.
Blood For Energy
Blood For Energy has a 50% chance to cause an energy orb to drop when you use the Parazon to kill an enemy.
Can be acquired after defeating Ambulas in the Hades mission on Pluto.
Blood For Life
Blood For Life has a 100% chance to cause an energy orb to drop when you use the Parazon to kill an enemy.
Can be acquired from the Oro mission on earth after killing Vay Hek and his Terra Frame.
Failsafe
Failsafe gives a 50% chance for you to retry the hacking process if you fail it the current time that you initially hacked it, avoiding the alarm getting triggered.
Can be a possible reward from Lua spy missions.
Hit and Run
Hit And Run has a 60% chance to increase in parkour speed when you use the Parazon to kill an enemy.
Can be acquired from defeating the Hyena Pack in the Psamathe mission on Neptune.
Intruder
Intruder increases the time you have for hacking Corpus console or decreases the speed of which the pointer moves for better timing on Grineer consoles.
This is usually already in your inventory when you start out.
Drops from certain corrupted enemies such as Corrupted Bombard, Corrupted Heavy Gunner, Corrupted Nullifier.
Live Wire
Live Wire will cause enemies within 20 meters to be shocked while you are in the process of hacking.
Can be a possible reward from tier 2 spy missions.
Master Key
Master Key causes 5 lockers within 20 meters of where you are hacking to be unlocked once the hack is finished.
Can be a possible reward from tier 1 spy missions.
Out Of Sight
Causes enemies nearby enemies within an 18-meter radius to become blinded after killing an enemy with the Parazon.
Can be acquired from defeating the Lieutenant Lech Kril in the War mission on Mars.
Runtime
Runtime will provide you with 50% increased movement speed for 10 seconds after you have finished hacking.
Can be a possible reward from Kuva spy missions at the Kuva Fortress.
Untraceable
Untraceable causes you to become invisible for 15 seconds after you finish hacking.
Can be a possible reward from Kuva spy missions at the Kuva Fortress.

Customization
The Parazon may be customized by selecting the appearance option when it is being viewed in the arsenal menu.
You may change the colors of several its parts with those from color palettes that you own.
